We start with a consultation. An opportunity to understand you and your situation more. Your next home is more than statistics on a piece of paper. It is the place where you’ll entertain friends, celebrate holidays or host family. As I begin to understand the life you are building for yourself we both become clear on the next home you are looking for.

The consultation also helps us understand what we can expect as we venture out into the market. We answer the questions “What kind of competition are we up against, when can we expect inventory, and how can we position you for success?” and much more.

We’ll also establish systems and leverage technology at the consultation to ensure that you do not miss out on any inventory and evaluate pricing to ensure you don’t overpay for anything.

What it’s like working with Robert

  • Robert started working with my fiancee and I in November based on a recommendation from our loan officer. The process on buying a home for the first time was daunting for both of us, but Robert made the process so much smoother than it could've been with a worse realtor. From explaining the intricacies of the whole process of home buying to providing really incredible insight on the housing market and what negotiation was going to be like. I cant recommend Robert enough, especially to first time home buyers.

  • When Robert first set up our initial meeting, and introduced himself I felt that I was working not only the most knowledgeable agent around but also one that made me feel at ease. I was a first time buyer, and he explained every step of the process in a way that made sense to me without making me feel less than. When I finally found the home I wanted he kept in constant contact filling me in on how things were moving along up until I got the keys in my hand.
