  • I am a full service full fee agent and the commission is 3.6%+$295.

  • This is different for everybody. Depending on your situation and what is most important for you, we will work together and establish a plan that fits your needs. I can have your home on the market within a few days if that is required.

  • It depends! There is not straight answer for this. In this market it is often difficult to purchase a home with a home sale contingency. As we meet together we can see if there are tools available to you to waive that home sale contingency and get you out in the market quickly.

  • My listing contract term is 6 months.
